When we remove a tree, our initial price will cover taking down the part of the tree growing above ground level, leaving the stump where the tree trunk meets the roots below ground. We will then provide a second price to grind the stump, which is often necessary to clear the area for future projects, such as planting another tree, building a structure or patio, or laying sod. The price for stump grinding depends on the size of the stump and the accessibility of the stump area. Please note that stump grinders are large machines that may not be able to reach all stump locations.
If you choose to have your stump ground by us, you can expect to have a mound of grindings left behind, similar to a tossed bowl of salad. These grindings will settle over time and can be easily distributed as garden mix.
